Calm over alarm
No red rings, no shame streaks. Health data should lower your shoulders, not raise your cortisol.
About
Kelbie started as a personal spreadsheet — one founder, one cycle of burnout, one idea that the right kind of tracking could heal instead of harm.
Principles
No red rings, no shame streaks. Health data should lower your shoulders, not raise your cortisol.
Your logs and your journal entries are yours. We don't sell your data, run ads against it, or train AI models on it. Ever.
We read your sleep, cycle, mood, supplements, and what you write — together, because you don't live one metric at a time.
We help you see patterns. We won't pretend to be your doctor, your therapist, or your coach.
In 2023 our founder, recovering from a stretch of overwork, started logging everything in a notebook: water, sleep, mood, the supplements that did and didn't help. The notebook became a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet became a private app. The private app, eventually, became Kelbie.
The name comes from a nickname. For more than thirty years, one of Kelsie's closest friends has called her Kelbie — the kind of name that only exists between two people who've known each other long enough to have their own language. It felt like the right name for an app about paying close, patient attention to yourself.
The lotus mark is a reminder. Real growth happens slowly, often invisibly, and almost never under the bright lights of a fitness leaderboard.
Private beta
Kelbie is invite-only while we're in private beta. Tell us a little about you and we'll be in touch.
